1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Colorbox mobile application and the Colorbox website (together, the “Service”), operated by Colorbox (“we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Colorbox is an AI-powered coloring app. You can browse and download printable coloring pages, generate your own coloring-page line art from a text prompt and an optional reference image, color pages in the in-app editor, and print or share them. Generated content is produced by automated systems for creative and entertainment purposes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Accounts
The Service may create an account identifier for you automatically so we can store your library, credits, and subscription status. If you choose a public username, you are responsible for keeping it appropriate and for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse or in violation of these Terms.
5. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription (“Colorbox Pro”). AI image generation consumes credits granted with your subscription or purchased separately. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account, charged at confirmation of purchase, and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store policy.
6. Your Content & Reference Images
You retain ownership of the prompts, reference images, and colorings you create. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, to generate a coloring page, store your library, and — if you make a page public — show it in the app and on our website). Any reference image you upload is used only to generate the requested coloring page; we do not use it for facial recognition, biometric identification, or profiling.
7. Public & Shared Pages
Pages may be public by default or made public when you share them, in which case the page and its line art may appear in the app’s public catalog and on the Colorbox website, and may be downloaded by others. You can make a page private in the app. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit prompts or content, or use generated content, that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that impersonates others or violates their rights. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service. We use automated and manual moderation and may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion.
9. License & Ownership
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. The Service, its software, branding, and curated content are our property or our licensors’. Coloring pages you download are for personal, non-commercial use unless we state otherwise in writing.
10. AI Outputs Disclaimer
AI-generated coloring pages are produced automatically and are not guaranteed to be accurate, original, or unique, and may occasionally resemble existing works. They are provided for creative use and should not be relied upon for any other purpose.
11. Service Availability
The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, network issues, third-party providers, or events beyond our control.
12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the Service.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if abuse is detected, or where required to manage legal or security risks.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
